Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 July 2026

This policy explains what information BizCrew collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us at developer@bizcrew.app.

Who we are

BizCrew (“we”, “us”) is building an AI app for businesses. You can reach us any time at developer@bizcrew.app.

What we collect and why

  • Waitlist — when you join our pre-launch waitlist we store your name and email, solely to notify you when BizCrew launches.
  • Contact form — when you message us we store your name, email, and message so we can reply and provide support.
  • Analytics— if, and only if, you accept our cookie banner, we use PostHog to collect anonymous usage events (such as page views and button clicks) to understand what’s useful and improve BizCrew. Analytics is off by default — nothing is collected until you accept.

Cookies

We only set analytics cookies, and only after you accept the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by declining the banner or clearing the bizcrew_analytics_consent choice stored in your browser.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a small set of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
  • Supabase — secure database that stores waitlist and contact entries.
  • PostHog — privacy-friendly product analytics (only after consent).
  • Resend — delivers contact-form messages to our support inbox.
  • Vercel — hosts this website.

How long we keep your data

We keep waitlist and contact information only as long as needed for the purpose it was given — to notify you at launch or to answer your enquiry — and we delete it when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Just email developer@bizcrew.app and we’ll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as BizCrew grows. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
